Hi all,
just noticed regards email notifications from the VSA in HA: the virtual IP is not used here; the primary node IP is used instead.
So you have to keep this in mind when adjusting Firewall or Mail-Relay Settings.
It would be better, if it's possible to work with the Cluster virtual IP.
Maybe it's also worth a note to add this feedback in the Ports Overview (regards Nodes/Cluster IPs).
Best, Markus

Re: Feature Request: Mail Notifications in VSA with HA Function
Hi Markus,
Thanks for reporting this.
I’ll reach out to our Help Center team to discuss whether we can make it clearer when Cluster Node IPs must be allowed instead of the virtual Cluster IP — for all remote infrastructure connections.
I’ll also share your feedback with the team regarding the possibility of using the virtual Cluster IP instead of individual Node IPs.
Best,
Fabian
