Hi,
I'am curently testing Veeam Backup For AWS 9 and I am getting an error when running a file level restore for a windows EC2 instance.
The instance has 2 volumes C: and D:.
D: is showing in the File Level Restore but not C:
In the session logs i see that the worker has an issue to mount it :
mount: /mnt/vol-0f075719c49ed3048_0: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/loop2, missing codepage or helper program, or other error.Unable to mount device [/dev/loop2] with filesystem [ntfs] to mount point [/mnt/vol-0f075719c49ed3048_0].
If I am connecting to the worker using SSM, and try to mount the volume manually, i get the same error.
If I force it using mount -t ntfs3 -o force /dev/loop0 /mnt/vol-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, it mount, but still not showing in the file level restore.
Is it a known issue ?
Can you help me with this problem ?
Thanks.
Yannick

Re: [Case #07986068] Windows File Level Restore error for C:
chkdsk /f /r C: and a new shapshot/backup has corrected the issue.
