Good morning,
Currently, when a job is nearing its quota or exceeding its bucket quota, a Warning or Error notification email is not sent.
Other products, such as Veeam Agent, have this notification feature.
Is there a possibility of starting to send this notification?

Re: Feature Request - Notification low quota and overquota
Good morning,
Thank you for the clarification. As a user, I believe that receiving a Warning or Error notification when a job is approaching or exceeding its quota or bucket limit would be extremely helpful. This type of proactive alerting would allow users to take action before jobs fail or storage issues occur.
Since similar notification features are available in other products such as Veeam Agent, having this functionality here would greatly improve usability and operational awareness. I hope this can be considered for future improvements.
Thank you for your support.

Thank you, I really don't know why this wasn't implemented from the beginning.

Re: Feature Request - Notification low quota and overquota
Hi Matheus and bozygo,
Notifications on reaching the quota are included into the job result emails. Quota check is performed during a backup job run and hence the results of this check are also part of the job status/result.

Re: Feature Request - Notification low quota and overquota
Good afternoon Polina,
Thank you for your reply, but I must disagree with you. I have never received warning or error notifications for low quota or quota errors. However, I just ran a test to demonstrate this to you:
First, I took one of my jobs and reduced the quota of the object storage to trigger an alarm and executed it.
1 - Note that the job shows a warning, but the job finished successfully:

2 - Confirm the email received, which shows no warning information:

Second, I set the bucket to a lower quota than what is being used:
1 - The job fails and reports overquota.

2 - In this case, it's worse because no email is sent.
If there is any configuration that needs to be done on the server to receive the notifications, please let me know and I will do it. But currently, as it is, I don't receive this type of notifications
