Prism Central 7.5.0.5 Update

Morning Veeamers.

We have already moved to Prism Central 7.5.0.1 with a few issues.... (sorted now)

Just want to see if anyone had updated to 7.5.0.5 yet and if they have had any issues.

I have asked Support and they have said wait for the update to be listed in the HelpCenter. Which I can understand. They have updated the HelpCenter but have blanket out 7.5.0 as unsupported which conflicts with an update in this forum saying 7.5.0.1 is supported.

@keeganrobson to clarify the HelpCenter support statement the minimum supported versions are listed e.g. "PC 7.3 and above" which by definition includes 7.5.x. The exception cases are then listed - versions 7.3.1.2 and 7.5.0. If you have suggestions on how to state this more clearly short of some sort of matrix or the like we're happy to entertain. We do not generally do any formal QA on point releases and trust Nutanix to maintain API backward compatibility. Obviously sometimes this doesn't happen but Nutanix has generally been good about this in the past

A support matrix would make things much easier. It's hard to tell which Nutanix AOS versions work with which Veeam versions.
For example, the Nutanix AHV 7 plugin documentation says:

Veeam Backup for Nutanix AHV is compatible with Nutanix AOS versions 6.8.1.6–7.3.1.1 and Prism Central version pc.2022.6–pc.2024.3.1.10.
Notes: Nutanix AOS 7.3.x and above (except 7.3.1.2 and 7.5.0) is supported by Veeam Backup for Nutanix AHV version 7.1 (plug-in 12.7.1.12 with backup appliance 7.0.1.12) only.

Does this mean that I can upgrade to Nutanix AOS to 7.5.0.5 and it will work with Nutanix AHV 7 plugin on Veeam v. 12.3.2.4165 ?
I have a support case #07986373 regarding this with support, but they cannot answer with a yes or no.

@arngrimurm our apologies as that first bullet in Helpcenter for the AHV v7 plugin under "Notes" is incorrect and we will get it removed. While the v7 plugin will work with newer versions of PC/AOS in some cases it is not formally supported. For plug-in v7 "Nutanix AOS versions 6.8.1.6–7.3.1.1 and Prism Central version pc.2022.6–pc.2024.3.1.10" is the correct formal support statement.
