Feature Request : SureBackup

When will Veeam for AWS have SureBackup?
We would like to be able to automatically test backups in an isolated environment.
We can currently do this on-prem using Veeam Backup and Replication.
This feature set is not available in AWS using Veeam Backup for AWS.

We have this on our roadmap as part of the integration with VBR but no direct ETA when this will be fully available. We are well aware of the need for this so your request is counted.

Am I correct in understanding you have just EC2 instances that require testing?

The SureBackup feature is still not available.
Do you have an expected release date for this feature?
Do you have another equivalent, documented, and official solution (script or software) to automatically and regularly test our Veeam backups, or are we forced to create our own custom scripts ?

There is no ETA yet for this feature. Could you clarify if you are just looking at testing of EC2 instances?

Yes, I am using Veeam Backup for AWS to back up our production EC2 instances. I am currently looking for a solution to regularly and automatically test these backups by restoring them in a different AWS region and running custom test scripts on each VM to verify connectivity and ensure that the applications are functioning correctly.
Ideally, I would like to have a detailed log of these restoration tests in order to measure and track our RTO in accordance with our SLAs.
SureBackup seems perfectly suited for this purpose, but it does not appear to be available in a 100% AWS environment and seems to require an ESX host.

We also back up many EC2 instances using Veeam Backup for AWS. SureBackup to automate restore testing would be really nice to have.
