Just got our licenses yesterday. I set up all the jobs and I noticed in the first backup of our file server that only the C drive backed up, but not our E drive (SAN volume). When I configured the job I selected 0:0 and 0:1. Do I need to select 1:1? What do I need to ensure I check under VM Disk so I get the SAN volumes on this job or any others that have SAN volumes?
Also we do not use VCB.
Thanks ahead of time,
Jim

Re: Backing up SAN Volumes
Jim, what is your SAN volume? Physical RDM disks are not supported per system requirements. All other types of disks should be backed up automatically, with the default job settings intact (including virtual RDM volumes). Thank you!

Re: Backing up SAN Volumes
Our SAN is a Lefthand Networks iSCSI SAN. Each physical drive is a 500GB SATA 7200. Each volume has it's own drive letter and I thought would be treated just as any other disk.
