Hello,
We would like to perform multiple daily backups for our Microsoft 365 cloud backup, not just once a day.
According to a Veeam account manager, this can be set up by their support team. But the support team said that this isn't possible at the moment.
Is there any information on when the feature will be available again?

I moved your question to the Veeam Data Cloud forum, as it sounds like you are referring to Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365, not Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365.
With a self-hosted deployment of Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365, you can configure the job schedule as needed. With our Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 service, the available scheduling options are different compared to self-hosted.
I’m confirming the available scheduling options for Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 with our Veeam Data Cloud team and will get back to you.

It is correct that at this time it is not possible as there are some changes around throttling quota on the MSFT side, you will actually get more information on this topic this week.
In the future we plan to bring this back, but we can only guarantee the SLA if we have seen your backups running for some time and see how much time it takes. For example, if you are a larger environment (or one with a huge amount of changes) then we might not be able to finalize your incrementals within the SLA timeframe. These are items that need to be looked at
