Hello there.
We are using VRO for a large customer to perform DR testing only and we are being restricted by the configuration of a masquerade network limitation.
The customer has a very complex network arrangement spanning 2 countries as well as 2 public cloud providers, and veeam is being managed by a single VBR with a bunch of separate networks, static routing and such like. The management network and prod networks are all /22 subnets but the network teams and customer are very reluctant to provide us with a /22 subnet purely for a masquerade network for Surebackup and VRO.
I have done substantial amount of testing to see if we can get away with using smaller masks in the Data Lab but the Surebackup job fails with an error when trying to build the rout tables on the recovered vm.
It would be most welcome if flexibility was afforded when defining the masquerade network so we can be in control of the subnet and IP used for access into the Lab. If this is already an option available, something I have yet to find, then details would be a life saver, but if not can we have it in a future release please
Many thanks
Jason

Re: Feature Request: Flexibile Data Lab network config
Hello Jason,
Clearly you are in a very advanced use case for VRO DataLabs! I believe that to achieve your goals would require internal customization of the virtual lab appliance itself. I'll take your request to the relevant team in R&D and see what is possible.
In the meantime any more details you can share might pre-empt some of their questions (you can also DM me direct)
Thanks!
