AWS authentication for installing Veeam AWS appliance

At present, when installing the AWS appliance on the VBR server, Veeam Backup & Replication Server supports AWS authentication only via IAM user credentials (Access Key and Secret Key).

This is currently the supported and secure authentication method. However, there is a requirement to support federated authentication mechanisms, such as OIDC or SAML, instead of long-lived IAM user credentials.
