Hello everyone,
I’m trying to export the last X GB of a mailbox using PowerShell in Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 (specifically using the `Export-VEXItem` cmdlet from Veeam Explorer for Microsoft Exchange).
I’ve noticed that the `-PstSizeLimit` parameter only splits the export into multiple PST files based on size, but it doesn’t actually limit the total amount of data exported.
If `-PstSizeLimit` splits the data in chronological order, would it be possible to set a size limit and then just use the first (or last) generated PST file to effectively get the last X GB of the mailbox?
Or is there any supported way to export only the last X GB of a mailbox?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Re: How to Export Only the Last X GB of a Mailbox Using Export-VEXItem?
Hi Deniz,
There's no option to export only certain amount of protected mailbox data. PST size limit helps to avoid generating huge files by breaking it into smaller chunks. You can do granular exports instead by explicitly selecting the only the data you need and exporting it.
Thanks!
