We do have this feature on our request list, however I don't have a planned release date yet. It is not simple to implement support of hyperdisks, as they can be shared across VMs - which means we have to treat the differently from normal VM disks.
Please ask your Veeam sales contact to add your specific account to our PRT (Product Request Tracker) item for this, as this helps us prioritise such features.
