With the latest VBR v13, could you please specify the firewall rules that need to be created or opened?
Because the server was inplace upgraded since it was on version 11 I'm not sure if the4re is any added ports.

We don‘t have a port comparison list between different versions today, so you have to review the new list in Help Center.
Out of my mind, v13 introduced the new Web UI and may require port 443 to be opened from the machine where you want to manage the backup server.
As long everything is successful on your backup server, all necessary ports should be configured.
