Does anyone else have all jobs just get stuck with no way to do anything?

At this point I am having to reassess our decision to use VDC based on the experiences that we have had, but I want to know if our situation is unique

We have deployed VDC to backup 4 separate customers. One is working fine (knock on wood), one took a single backup of the VMs and then has been stuck in a running state for almost 2 weeks, and then the last two customers worked fun until Tuesday morning when they got stuck in their Tuesday 8AM backups

In all cases the jobs are stuck in the "Snapshot backup of <servername> is in progress" for either 46 hours or 243 hours. The lack of troubleshooting options available to us is quiet annoying, even the ability to cancel a stuck job would be beneficial. Support said 3 days ago that the issue was found on the appliance and they were applying the fix, but there has been no change.

Is this unique to me or are others seeing a similar issue?

This sounds fairly unique as we haven't seen any other major issues on this level. Can you let me know the case ID so I can look into it?
