Hi Veeam
We would like request a feature to verify the encyption key in M365.
Reason behind this is that we are a service provider, and we like to verify that the encryption key that the customer enters actually matches what they enter in to their password vaults.
As per the agreements we have with our customers, we are not allowed to know or keep the encryption key in our possession.

Re: [Feature request] Verify encryption key
Hi Thomas,
Do you mean a key used to encrypt data in an object storage repository?

Re: [Feature request] Verify encryption key
Hi Polina
Yes, im picturing something like a box to enter the encryption and test if it matches the one set for the repositories.

Re: [Feature request] Verify encryption key
+1 for this feature.
As a VCSP, we onboard and offboard customers as they re-sign or exit our platform or we manage the customer's own platform. As these keys are never touched on the VBM365 server, it only becomes a concern when the customer exits or when we move to another VBM365 server.
It would be good if we had the same Passwordloss management functionality that we have for VBR via Enterprise Manager but for VBM365. That way, even if the customer loses the key (so long as the VBM365 server still holds the keys), it can still get transferred to another server and the customer just takes a storage hit to recreate the chain on a new repo.
