what changes are introduced with Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows 13.0.2.1102?

There is nothing listed at https://www.veeam.com/kb4738

I'm also curious what's new for 13.0.2. :) The popup in the software said something about faster and smaller backups...

Also, the release notes for the entire VBR framework are so vast they're almost incomprehensible:
