Hi,
we could request a change of how often a policy would run per ticket in the past. But now I I get a reply that there is no chance to change it.
Sorry to say, if this would be the answer, then I see no way to to move existing custoumers from onprem V365 to VDC365.
Only a run once per day?

This is having a direct impact on organisations from multiple vendors. Some of which are unable to complete even a daily backup due to the need for more resource units then provided by Microsoft’s API.
You are correct that this backup frequency option has been paused, the intent is currently for it to return. You’ll see a lot of work from engineering to enhance performance against this new API limitation, and other internal elements that need adapting, which I won’t go into here. Hopefully we’ll have a positive update on this shortly.

I'am defnitly aware of this KB, but this would stop the migration plans from on prem to VDC for now!
You can't tell the cusoumers that the switch would be better, but they go down from from backups every 4 hours to once a day.
I hope to see the option soon again.
