We currently use OIP/SIP in NetBackup to perform backups, but we are considering replacing them with Veeam.
My understanding is that Veeam does not provide a feature equivalent to NetBackup’s OIP—is this correct?
On the other hand, I understand that there is a feature equivalent to SIP—is this also correct?

Re: Replacement of NetBackup OracleDB/SQL Server Intelligent Policies (OIP/SIP)
Hello,
Please have a look at the managed plug-ins section. The centralized management enables creation of backup policies to process multiple clients at the "per-database" level.
Thanks!
