Veaam support case 08041364
Hello
I need to upgrade my Veeam Backup. I am currently on version 11.0.0.837. which is too old to be upgraded directly to v12.
I understand that i need to perfom a step-upgrade through version 11a first. Could someone please provide me with an official secure download link for the v11a ISO.
Thank you in advance

Re: Need download link for v11a ISO (Step-upgrade to v12)
Hello Mateusz,
Version 11 has reached end of life, so we can no longer distribute it publicly. Please request it through the Support team. Thank you!

Re: Need download link for v11a ISO (Step-upgrade to v12)
Hi Mateusz,
Upgrading from 11.0.0.837 to the latest v12.0 (12.0.0.1420_P20230718) should be possible. Please see the “supported upgrade path” in KB2053:
- 11 (11.0.0.x) → 12.0 → 12.3.2 → 13.0.1
Download Links can also be found in that KB.
Depending on how complex your environment is, I recommend deploying a new backup server using the Veeam Software Appliance (v13.0.1) and then importing your old backup files. Recreate your backup jobs and map the imported backups to continue your backup chains.
Best,
Fabian
