Hi
I know that Intel VROC is not officially supported for a hardened repository.
For the data disks, we want to use a RAID card. This is fine and makes sense.
But for the OS partition, it seems a bit overkill to me. Is VROC also not supported for OS disk or just the data disk?
https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/vbr/u ... tml?ver=13
it says "[hardened repository only]".
What if I use a VIA for a normal linux repository and not a hardened? Can I use VROC in this scenario?
Thanks
Timo

Re: VROC for OS partition
Hello,
I expect it to fail. Do you have a chance to test?
If not, then I would ask tech writers to declare it also unsupported for Veeam Software Appliance / Veeam Infrastructure Appliance.
Best regards
Hannes
