cannot install v13 Db2 plug-in on AIX 7.2

Working with customer and the DB2 plug-in download has no option to pick a version of AIX, and the rpm included in the zip file is for AIX V6.1, which will not install on AIX 7.2.

Is there a specific rpm/package for 7.x that is different than the 6.x package?
Are we missing requirements?

How is /tmp mounted? Does it have NOEXEC?
