Upgrade 13.0.1.1252 to 13.0.1.2067

Post by Voltron »

I'm currently on 13.0.1.1252 of the Windows version of VBR. Is there any way to update to 13.0.1.1252? I tried the full ISO, and it just gave me an option to modify but not upgrade. I opened a case with support to be told that I'd have to wait until the next release to be able to upgrade.

Thanks!

I don't see this listed as a version for 13 – 13.0.1.1252 - is that a hotfix release you got? If so, then you will need to wait on support. Also, you are asking about updating to 13.0.1.1252 as well, but that contradicts the main topic of moving to the 2067 build.

"\Updates\VeeamBackup&Replication_13.0.1.2067_patch_20260310.exe"

We had the same experience. Just used the smaller patch iso which worked fine.

Sorry, I did mean to update to the latest 2067. Yes, it was a hotfix.

So you should be able to update to this latest release as long as support okays it.

That update file did upgrade it to 2067 without any issues. Thanks for pointing me to the right direction. Interestingly, support told me that I'd have to wait until the next release since I was running on an unsupported build for the update.
