Hi,
I'm using Veeam Agent for Windows FREE to backup my personnal workstation and with the latest version (13.0.2), I cannot anymore successfully load the recovery environment by booting with the recovery media.
After booting in WinPE environment, it stucks on green screen for a while and after that, a window appears with "Recovery environment is loading" and stuck for a while too.
I dumped some logs with a lots of VeeamAgent error and open a support case (08045073) with them included.
The same recovery media is working fine when booted from a VM so the problem appears linked to my workstation.
To be noted that the recovery environment works fine for me with an old recovery media (version 6.1.309). My workstation is running Windows 11 25h2 and I tested to build the recovery media with or without injected driver. I also tested to build the recovery media inside a Windows 10 22h2 VM but the problem stay the same whatever.
Is somebody else encounter a similar issue?

Unfortunately, there isn’t much we can do over the forum, as this is forum is run by technical support folks.
Have you created the Recovery Media from the v13.0.2 Agent as well? Does it work on any other hardware machine?
Please try again by opening a new support case, as each new case for free users is another chance for it to be assigned to a support engineer.
