Your license has expired

Post by AlexLeadingEdge »

Hi guys,

Towards the end of last year I installed a new license for Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows (now on version 13.0.2.1102) and today it is saying that my license has expired. When I go to About > Manage license and edition it says I'm on the Server Edition and that my license doesn't run out for another 959 days.

Is there something I need to do to stop this popping up?

Hi Alex,

Probably best to open a Support Case and let Veeam Support check it. Unfortunately can't explain immediately why you'd be getting the expiration notice if your license is still valid, so best to let Support review the debug logs and they can help clarify the situation.
