Hi,
is it possible for a VCSP to protect his M365 environment using VDC and rental licenses (declaring them in monthly report)?

Yes, Marco. This is easy to procure and implement through the VCSP Pulse system where you create your VDC subscriptions. Each VCSP automatically has a "self" subscription set up, AFAIK. You can probably onboard yourself in <10 minutes!
