Tag missing from the list

Hi,

We are experiencing an issue where the list of available tags used to select servers for protection is incomplete.

When we use Tags as the resource type for protected resources, the list displays only 15 tag keys, whereas we have many more defined.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Hi Andre,

Are these by any chance newly created tags? If so, a rescan would be required to pick them up from the infrastructure. If not, can you please open a support case for insight as then it sounds like a technical problem which we won't be able to resolve on the forums. Can you let us know the case ID if you open one?
