VSA 13 importing Linux Hardened Repo from 12.3 windows
Hello.
We had a VBR 12.3 server backing up to a Linux hardened repo for a few years. We recently spun up a new Windows 2025 server and figured we would give VSA 13 a try as a VM. We tried to import the backup files from the LHR and pointed it to the repo storage location but when I added the repo and selected the option to "search and import the backup files" it says Backup Skipped: 1. So it skips the backups and does not show them in VSA. The backup is encrypted and I did enter the same encryption password under configuration, but it still does not bring in the backup files. The backups do not show up to decrypt. Is this a known issue with VSA 13? Is there another way to import these backup files?
Thanks for any info.
Dave

Hello All..
Veeam support reached out on this issue. We installed the V13 windows console and were able to see the encrypted backup files to import into the new VSA. So the case is resolved.
Thanks

So you were using the WebUI and that's where you couldn't see the encrypted backups?
