Well I am currently migrating some customers environment from Windows VBR (latest 13.x) to appliance.
Since they will have a repository where they need an ISCSI connection to NAS SYNOLOGY LUN, I have created a seperated Linux VM (ubuntu latest version), and when adding this to Veeam's Linux software appliance, I get an error that Linux is not x64 version.
After a debuging I have realised that this is due to Ubuntu's version: "Ubuntu 26.04 LTS".
It looks like the appliance only support Ubuntu's versions: 20.04 LTS, 22.04 LTS, and 24.04 LTS; not 26.04
Will there be any soon support for 26.04?
Or it will be quicker for me, to create another Ubuntu VM, 24.04 and do the all ISCSI retargeting, etc, etc. :/
Thank you.

Re: Unable to add linux server (Ubuntu 26.04 LTS) on Veeam's linux appliance
Hello
Support for Ubuntu 26.04 is expected with our summer release (v13.1). V13.1 will also bring external iSCSI storage support for our appliances.
If you need it now, then you have to deploy your repository with Ubuntu 24.04 and upgrade later this year to Ubuntu 26.04.
Best,
Fabian
