"Request an option to specify Disk Access when restoring a snapshot to a different subscription"
Veeam case
Case #07994954 — Failed vm restore + needs to have a DiskAccess resource specified too.

Can you clarify which type of disk access is configured on your source VM? And are you using encryption on your disks using CMK?
