hi,
got this error for several customers right now.
Failed to access mailbox. Active Directory is unavailable.
is it something global or should i open a Veeam support case.
the particular mailbox is a M365 group without connected to Teams.

i did activate EWS for the organization as per kb4820.
tonight the job was successful.
other customers, where i did nothing, were suddenly successful too.
strange
is it recommended to activate EWS per kb4820 as a general preventative procedure?

We are also seeing this error randomly on our tenant jobs. Do we know the root cause of the intermittencies? I can assume its Microsoft side, but any validation on the actual change?
