* Another Veeam Feature Request *

Post by TrevorBell »

Gostev,

Just had to do a restore which as always goes fine, but it would be good to see how long the restore actually took... As in 11.53Gb restored in 12mins @ 34/kbs at the moment it just states restore finished then press close... Maybe worth a look at in the release ?

Trev, what about adding "Time elapsed" counter to the restore dialog?

It would be nice to be able to restore everything by choosing the job name and not a single vm from a backup in case of a disaster. This would be a last resort for us but it would be nice to have. If it backs them up 1 at a time, it should be able to restore and register them that way too. I think we should consolidate threads or a sticky...

Gostev,

Anything more than we currently have would be great...

Today i restored a Vm popped out around the building and came back it was sucessful but it would be good to gauge the speed of the restore like restore come in 12mins 34M/Sec or something... hook it into my other feature which should be in Q4 release

This was added to Veeam Backup 4.0 restore UI - thanks for the feedback!
