Failed Unexpectedly?

I need help plz.

I recently purchased veeam 3.1 backup and installed on windows 2008 std. trying ot backup vsphere 4.0 VMs

one of the VMs is exchange server the other is just Terminal Server 2008. i am getting this type of errors on both servers.

Processing object "exchsvr" (1 of 1) Job has failed unexpectedly

it would quit in random times sometimes at 335GB sometimes at 1.5gb, i am not sure what trigers this.

this happens so far on 2 machines only the other few machines seem ok and have backed up already.

please help.

Daniel, for all product issues you should open the case with our support, and send all logs from Help | Support Information to support@veeam.com for investigation. We must see the logs before we can say what is going on.
