Scheduled report to network share

Post by JamesC »

I am setting up some reports to be delivered weekly to a network share. The process is working fine. However, each report delivery is creating its own subfolder under the network share. Is there a way to have it NOT create a folder? In order words, I would like to see only the PDFs being delivered by the reporting tasks, not folders which contain the PDFs.

Thanks.

I don't believe that it is possible to change our current behavior, but let me verify it in my labs.

Hi Vitaliy, sorry to revive an old thread, but were you able to reproduce? Just looking to see if it's possible to clean up our report repository. Thanks!

Yes, for each report we create a separate folder, this is by design. Can you please clarify why this behavior doesn't fully work for you?
