vSphere 5.1 backup and replication vs. Veeam

Hello

In Esxi 5.1 there is now backup and réplications with file restore.
We are going to test it and it looks like exactly like veeam and it's free and we don't have to manage an other software(veeam) and pay licences....
Why should we keep veeam to backup and replication?

Actually, vSphere has always included basic backup with file restore, so this functionality is not new to vSphere 5.1 for sure... for more details, please refer to the existing discussions:
