Does the free edition of veeam one give you VM IO load per datastore. So I can trend total storage IO of my datastores?

Yes, absolutely. Veeam ONE Free Edition displays the same metrics the Paid Edition does. As from performance data perspective, the only difference between editions is that Free Edition doe not show data older than week. What version of Veeam ONE are you right now? If you're on version 6 then Vitaliy is absolutely correct - you can review datastore IO load stacked by VM via either Monitor Client or our reporting console.
