Quick Migration and Exchange 2010 SP1

Does anyone have any experience using Quick Migration and Exchange 2010 SP1? I would love to be able to move my mail server without having to turn it off. I realize this is probably unsupported by MS.

We did exactly this internally with 6.1... I even posted about it at the time.
