We just upgraded to Veeam B&R 6.5 today. We are running it on a 32-bit Windows Server 2003 VM in VMware ESXi 5.0. I realize that the new Exchange Explorer utility only works with Exchange 2010, but did it completely replace the old U-AIR method for restoring individual Exchange items? When I try to run a restore job to restore an Exchange object using the method we've used in the past (Restore, Application items, Microsoft Exchange), I get the following error:
"This functionality requires 64-bit operating system (Windows 2008 or later)."
Any ideas? Thanks.

No, it did not. Exchange AIR wizard is still available for you to download and use.

Ok, can you explain that error message I'm getting then? Why does it say it requires a 64-bit version of Windows Server 2008 or higher?

These are system requirements for Veeam Explorer for Exchange.

Thanks, Gostev. We installed the new version of the Exchange AIR Wizard, and it's working fine. You just have to run it from the Start menu now, rather than from within Veeam B&R, as it turns out.
