Restore from.VBK showing VM size 0.0kb

Post by Mkell »

Hey geys, new user here.

I have to restore a server for a client and the old IT guy used this software to back up the server (which is now under water). When I click restore and select the .vbk it tells me there are no VMs in the backup. How can I get this server back?

What server are you trying to restore this on? Have you imported the VBK into Veeam?

You could always use the extract utility to extract the VM files from the VBK.

What is the size of the VBK file? How many VMs do you have stored there?
