Hi,
I`m trying to restore some user from AD usering the Active Directory item Restore.
I setup the following
Appgroup (called: AD)
Virtual Lab (called: restore)
Surebackup Job (called: ADRestore)
I requested and approved the AD item restore
the Surebackup job start and the VM is running. I can see it by opening it in vCenter.
but after I want to Open the AD item Restore the follwing message appear?
"the server is not operational" But everything is running as it should?
I hope someone could help me with this?

Re: u-air ad restore
Maarten, when posting about technical issue, please include your support case ID (as explained when you click New Topic). Otherwise, your post will be removed.
What VMs do you have in your app group? Are they all successfully started? The most effective way to solve your issue is to contact our support directly - they could drive you through the whole process via webex and verify what are you doing wrong. Thanks.

Re: u-air ad restore
Technical issues typically require logs investigation, which is impossible to do via forum and without us knowing your support case ID. The knowledge will be shared if you come back to update this thread with the resolution, which we highly appreciate here.

[SOLVED] Re: u-air ad restore

problem solved. There was a problem with communicating between the (v)lan and the VirtualLab router. I have change some setting and after that AD recovery worked perfect.
