how to change backup path of backup repository

is there any way to change the default backup path repository ? althought created a new backup repository, point to specific path for backup, but when i created new backup job, the backup will target back to the default backup repository, any solution ? i,m using 6.0 version

Hi Keith,

Yes, you should be able to change the default repository as it is illustrated in our User Guide (page 99-108, 117). Please let me know if you've followed the described procedure or not.

Edit the job and change the repository it uses in the "Storage" tab...you can copy your backup files for the job to the new repository from the old, rescan the new and then remap the backup job so that you can continue to run incrementals...
