V6.1 : Backup fails during "Publishing Catalog Session"

Hello,

My customer is having a job that just run smoothly for a while.
Now, when the jos is started, the email notification message reports the following after few seconds the backup executed.

"Publishing catalog session
L'index se trouve en dehors des limites du tableau."

Yes, customer is French. Therefore he is receiving notifications including in both language.
I tried to properly translate to english the error message, but cannot find any information on this.
Questions:
- What is the error message about
or
- Is there a way to change to full english notification email in order to run a proper research?

Although, my French leaves much to be desired, I probably can help you. :)

That’s what Google says:
Index was outside the bounds of the array. (system.IndexOutOfRangeException)

@v.Eremin : Thanks for the translation it helps a lot.

The thing is that the only corresponding issue I can find related to this error is about nWorks. :(

Would deleting a specific xml file be the solution in this case as well?

Your best bet would be to contact our support team directly, as it is almost impossible to say what is going wrong just looking at the log snippet you've posted. Thanks!

The only thing I could tell you, that it was reported in Release Notes (dated back to the 5.0.2 version) that such problem could occur from time to time in UI :
Under certain circumstances, clicking the Jobs node fails with the "Index was outside the bounds of the array. (System.IndexOutOfRangeException)" error.
In fact, this problem was mentioned as the resolved one in this document, thus I’m along the same line with Vitaliy in proposing you to open support ticket and letting support team to address this issue directly.
