Incorrect memory size

I have 64bit veeam on 64 bit W2K3R2 STD. Server has 8GB of memory. I know that Veeam is not memory-intensive application but...

...logs shows incorrect size of installed memory. Is it ok? By design?

Yes, by design since the agent is still 32bit process in Veeam Backup 3.1.1, so it cannot see over 4GB.
