VM Uptime Report can't display more than 1 week

Hello All

I need help for generate report for VM uptime report.
The report only display for 1 week period. If I change using more than 1 week, there is no data.
Need advice for this problem.

Hi Denny,

Can you please tell me for how have you been running Veeam ONE? Also if you open vSphere Client -> VM performance tab -> System can you please tell me if you see hearbeat stats for more than past week?
