Standard to Enterprise Upgrade - Surebackup?
I've just received licenses for Standard to Enterprise update (Essentials version), do I need to do anything apart from apply the license to see sure backup? I've restarted the machine but am still not seeing it as an option. Thanks, Alain.

Alain, do you see the SureBackup node under the Backup Infrastructure view?

Yes I do - sorry, didn't look there, just saw the greyed out option in contextual menu. Thanks - will have a look around now.

Sorry, I see this is an old thread.
I’m running Essentials Standard v9.5 u4. I plan to upgrade to Essentials Enterprise, reading this thread am I correct in assuming it is just a matter of applying the new license code and all the functionality of Enterprise is then available and the existing backups continue as is ? That is, no migration is required

Hi Greg, yes, your understanding is correct. Only license update is required.
