Restore Exchange 2007 objects
Hello.
Is it possible to restore Exchange 2007 objects with veeam 6.5 ?
In Veeam 6.5 there is a simple way to do with Exchange 2010 but not with Exchange 2007.
I guest it is using Virtual lab.
Thank you.

Hello - correct, for anything prior to Exchange 2010 you have to use virtual lab and Exchange AIR wizard. Check out the U-AIR Wizards User Guide. Thanks!

Re: Restore Exchange 2007 objects
Hello.
Thank you, I just downloaded the documentation, I have a few questions...
In the documentation, they said that in the virtual lab, we have to have the exchange serveur and a domaine controler. To connect these two machines, is a free large disk space is required ?
Is there any disturbance on the production environement (exchange and active directory) when the virtual lab is running ?
Thank you

Alex, virtual lab is completely isolated from the production environment and does not affect it in any way. VMs in the virtual lab are started right from the backup files so you do not need large additional space for that. Thanks.

And the restoration procedure itself has been previously discussed in details; so, it might be worth taking a look. Thanks.

My main questions are about the virtual lab and Application groups... So I will have a look on threads about virtual labs on the forum...
Thank you
