SQL 2005 Sort Order??

Post by MattinDallas »

Hello, new to Veeam. For SQL on the Veeam server, is it just using the SQL Default sort order? I checked the Documentation and it does not specify.

Hello, what do you mean by SQL Default sort order? I am not so sure what are you talking about. And why does this matter?

SQL has different sort orders. Different applications require different sort orders, although most just use default. The fact that you are unsure what I am asking tells me that it is probably just using the default SQL Order that you get when you install SQL.

I am not sure because I am not a developer :) and I have to admit, this is a first time in 2 years that I hear this question, so it really caught me unprepared (which is generally hard to do) :D but yes, most likely default setting is what we are using - I see no reason for us to overwrite defaults around sorting.
