v7 Hot Add (case 00458730)

Hi guys, before open a case (i'm still waiting an answer) i've try to search inside the forum, but i can't find a solution for this "common" problem.
I have a single job with 43 VM's, 24 of that is backed up without hot add.
I've read the kb1054 and i'm ok, i've try to execute a "manual hot add" on one affected VM after reading the kb1184 and is working..

Where is the issue?
