Re: API for sending email
Hi, Charles. It’s not possible to control notification settings via Enterprise Manager API. Thanks.

Re: API for sending email
Yep, there is no specific EM API responsible for sending e-mails. Thanks.

Re: API for sending email
However, it is of course possible to monitor job status via EM and then have your web code send a status email.

As there is a setting on Veeam job of post notification, could it be set by using "edit" job function ?

Re: API for sending email
As far as I know, job notification settings are not exposed via EM API. However, as mentioned above, it should be possible to track the job end/result through the sessions, and make your code send corresponding e-mail afterwards.
Thanks.
Thanks.

And if there is any method for active notification instead of keep polling the system?

Re: API for sending email
You cannot set email notifications via the RESTful API, however, you can do so via Powershell which you can potentially call from your web application, or through and orchestration backend if you have one.
I don't believe that the RESTful API supports any type of subscription style notification at this time.
