Backup copy job email notifications

Are backup copy jobs supposed to send email notifications? I have email notifications enabled globally in the options, and I get emails for my regular backup jobs, but I don't get an emails about the backup copy job. I have the backup copy job set to run continuously.

Mike, please check notification settings in the backup copy job wizard, under Advanced button at the Target step..
