Hello,
I am in the process of setting up a Backup Job, which includes some Windows VMs from multiple domains (as we are in the process of migrating between a couple of domains). I have the Veeam backup Server on the new domain, and on the VMs that are on the old domain, I get an error:
"Unable to subscribe to guest processing components: Failed to connect to guest agent. Errors: "Cannot connect to the host's administrative share..."
Now I can guess that it is because the credentials being used in the backup job are not correct for the old domain. I do however backup several other VMs that are in the new domain with no issues, so I would like to know if I can specify alternate credentials for these VMs in the same backup job (and I how I can do this) or if I need to create a new Backup Job which specifies the credentials for the old domain. I would prefer to keep everything in one job, but I guess needs must sometimes .
Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give.

Re: Backing up VMs on different domains
Robert, you can set credentials for individual VMs at the Guest Processing step of the job wizard, under Advanced button. Thanks.
