Exclude Templates in a folder backup and how to do it inc ?

Hi
1) How do i Exclude specific Templates in a folder backup (our folder is: "AutomationTempMachines") ?
2) How do i do the full backup -> to be incremental in the below ps1 script ?

1) List only names of those VMs that you want to backup. Those can be collected from the said folder in automatic fashion with the use of PowerCLI.
2) It's not possible, as VeeamZIP creates only full backups.
